I believe that establishing processes to unlock creativity in people and organizations, and redefining the value that emerges from said processes are both essential for driving innovation. In today's business context—where balancing economic and social value is a central challenge—the practices of redefining value and enabling creative expression are not optional, but rather critical. I explore curiosity-driven value creation models that can respond to this dual imperative.
- Universality and Individuality

How can we design centrifugal and centripetal forces in a way that aligns with the scalability of organizations and businesses? Many organizations lose momentum when this balance collapses. Though there is no absolute correct answer, I aim to scientifically understand the structure of the narratives of past successes and failures and use this understanding to lead strategically sound design approaches.
- Culture and Capability

Organizational culture and capability are inherently intertwined. Together, they form the core of an ecosystem where people, organizations, and businesses grow. Yet, because they are intangible—and often discussed only superficially or retrospectively—it can be difficult to identify truly effective interventions. As we face increasing uncertainty in society, there is an increased need to position both culture and capability as sources of strong competitive advantage. I seek to develop congruence models that can meaningfully address this need.
BACKGROUND
I began my career in branding strategy and creative direction at advertising and production agencies, working with both corporations and educational institutions. Later, I shifted my focus to internal branding, where I was involved in developing and embedding purpose, mission, vision, and values within organizations.
In 2020, I joined AlphaDrive, a consulting firm specializing in new business creation, where I served as both a business developer and product owner. I led the development of a transformation model that integrates business, talent, and organizational development. In 2023, I was appointed executive officer and head of the corporate transformation division, where I oversaw the growth of our core services.
At KESIKI, I draw on my experience in creativity, business innovation, and consulting to support holistic corporate transformation through culture design.
